神戸北野異人館街に計画した商業施設。
神戸港から北野にかけて段々と上に上がっていくイメージをそのまま敷地内に持ち込み、テラスの手摺が上へ積み重なっていくようにデザインした。
テーマは”開放感溢れる大人の社交場の復活”。
